Delivery

Refunds

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded, since the product cannot be returned. If something is broken or not as described, get in touch and it will be fixed or refunded.

Common questions

I paid but don't see my download.

Downloads unlock once Stripe confirms the payment, which usually takes a few seconds. Make sure you're signed in with the account you bought on and check My Purchases. If it still isn't there after a few minutes, send me your order number.

Can I re-download an asset later?

Yes. Purchases stay in your account and re-downloading always gives you the newest version.

An asset isn't working in my game.

First check the install guide included in the download. If you've followed it and something is still wrong, message us on Discord or email with what you're seeing and how your place is set up, and we'll look into it.

Can I get a refund?

Do you take commissions or custom work?

Sometimes, depending on the project and our current workload. Ask on Discord with a short description of what you need.
